Vault Filters

NOTE: This update makes the mod required on both server and client

Added Jewel Pouch and Card Pack selector augments
These can be put inside activator modules to make the activator module auto select matching items from within the pack/pouch
This is to replace the "Select in MR Activator module" attribute

Removed some completion crate tags (too much clutter, left the tag for all completion crates)

Putting an attribute filter in an empty attribute filter will no longer copy it (to make it easier to set inner filters)

To replace that, attibute filters will nowe list their attributes when placed inside another attribute filter, this allows moving specific attributes between filters and copying them over
