Variant16x: Biomes O' Plenty

NOTE TO ALL: THIS BETA REQUIRES 'Variant16x-v0.15.3_beta' OR LATER, AND ALSO CONTAINS A MOVEMENT OF THE CONFIG FILE, AND IS ALSO REQUIRED FOR 'Forge-1.16.1-32.0.90' AND ABOVE!

v0.15.3_beta:

• Added Variant16x's naturally generating features to Biomes O' Plenty biomes! (Paeonias, Roses, Small Sunflowers, Infested Granite, Infested Diorite and Infested Andesite added in Variant16x will now generate in some Biome O' Plenty biomes (see Current Features: Special))
• Moved the Config file to sub-folder 'variant16x' in 'config' folder (Move your existing Config files into this sub-folder, and they will work as intended! If the files are not moved, new ones will be generated in the folder and any outside the folder will be ignored)
• Updated Variant16x: Biomes O' Plenty logo
• Updated Wood/Hyphae Stripping feature for Slab, Stairs, Fence, Fence Gate, Pressure Plate and Button Variants to work with (most) modded Axes
• 1.15/1.16 only: Updated required Biomes O' Plenty version
• 1.16 only: Added Stairs, Wall, Pressure Plate and Button Variants for Cut Black Sandstone
• 1.16 only: Added Wall, Pressure Plate and Button Variants for Smooth Black Sandstone
• 1.16 only: Added Pressure Plate and Button Variants for Black Sandstone
• 1.16 only: Fixed a crash on 'Forge-1.16.1-32.0.90' and above
• Support for 1.16.1 (1.16.1-32.0.98)
