New: enchantment config

  • A config/vanillaplusenchants.cfg file is created on first launch.
  • Disable any enchantment with a line like Bulldozer: false.
  • A disabled enchantment: stops working, is no longer offered at the enchanting table, and won't drop as an enchanted book in chests/dungeons.
  • Enchantments set to true work and drop as usual.
  • Changes apply after a game/server restart.
