- Increased block and item ID limits to 2147483646 (without breaking compatibility with Vanilla worlds)
- Added a crash screen for errors during Minecraft initialization
- Improved the formatting of crash reports, and added syntax highlighting to paste.dimdev.org
- Added stacktrace deobfuscation for log messages too

Bug fixes:
- Fixed mod identification not working if the path to the Minecraft directory contains spaces
- Fixed crash on server
- Disabled anti-cheat temporarily, until the movement bugs are fixed
