Added

• 🪑 Dog Mounting & Vehicle/Seat Boarding Command Suite (DogCommandManager.java, MoveToVehicleGoal.java, BetterDogsTags.java):
• Implemented stick/command item interaction allowing players crouching with a command item (Stick, Blaze Rod) to select an owned tamed dog and command it to board a vehicle (Boat, Minecart, Horse, Camel, Saddled Pig/Strider) or stair/chair block within 12 blocks.
• Added MoveToVehicleGoal enabling dogs to navigate at 1.25x speed directly to the targeted seat and mount smoothly.
• Added shift-right-click dismounting command when interacting with a seated dog using a command item.
• Registered #vanilla-outsider-better-dogs:command_items item tag.
• Added namespaced boolean GameRule bd_allow_unrestricted_dog_riding (default: false).
• Added automated unit test suite DogCommandTest.
