Vanilla Mob Minibosses

Changes:

Cultist Nerfs (mainly against players)

Withered Cultist can no longer inflict the wither effect with his melee if while he is weakened (blocking his berserker attack weakens him)
Haunted Clone cannot inflict the wither effect if the enemy already has it. This is to mainly nerf its effectiveness against players with i-frame removing mods.
Withered Cultist can no longer bypass absorption

A casting sound now plays before withered cultist summons the haunted clone

Knightlander can spawn in raids
Knightlander sword now has better combat compat

Added:
piglincultist:give_all to give all mobs and items in the mod at once!

give_all also gives a new creative-exclusive items for mob battles:

-Elusive Knight of Nature (1 Hp, 999 Absorption illager with both Knightlander & Natureologer Powers). He moves around a lot!

Withered Cultist will drop 2 of the following new items on death; you will have to fight him multiple times to get all the loot

Cultist's Shield
-Blocking a projectile attack summons a wither skull back
-After successfully blocking any attack gain absorption for 5 seconds
-Has a 50% chance to drop with a thorns enchantment of random level (influenced by looting)

Withered Cultist's Armor
-Hood: +2 Armor
-Chest: +5 Armor
-Legs: +4 Armor
-Boots: +2 Armor

-Each Piece also gives +4 Armor Toughness and +8% Movement Speed, -25% Name Tag Distance
-Phase Shift (Full Set): Sneak while in the air to briefly phase through blocks and avoid attacks! 3 Second Cooldown.

Phase Shift does not work in creative this is not a bug

-When Iron's Spellbooks installed: Each Grants +75 Mana & +5% blood spell power
-When Dungeons Gear installed: +12.5% Soul Gathering & +25 Max Souls
