Update 0.04 Log;

Where to begin with this one as It's very, very large

- You can now grow every crop that you can find in the wild, they're all grown on farmland at the moment, so have fun planting!

- I've added Black Berry and Blue Berry Bushes, so you can now get those items in the wild.

- I've added Lettuce that you can find in the wild.

- Grapes and Tea Leaves can now be accessed in survival through trading with the wandering trader.

- I've added Knifes with an Iron and Gold variant, they will be used to expand the currently available food in the game.

- I've added Mortar & Pestles to add more depth to the current list of items by crushing them into new foods.

- I've added a load of new foods; Lettuce, Sliced Tomatoes, Mashed Potatoes, Potato Buns, Beef Patties and Burgers!

- I've created a discord channel for those who want to share their finds or suggestions, along with any bugs or issues you find can be reported there.

- I've created a wiki on the mod, so you can now find all the crafting recipes and ways to obtain items, we will be keeping it updated with the new features, however we will still announce all new features through the update logs and our new discord channel will also have the update log messages.
