Vanilla Cookbook

It took a while, but Vanilla Cookbook is finally ported to 1.19.2. A good chunk of the work is under the hood, but I think those additions will allow me to add more fun and interesting items going forward. As for the changes regarding gameplay:

-Bone soup and meat stew have been combined into meaty stew
-New Item: Warped Gummies, small candies that aren't very nourishing, but cleanses you of the wither effect if consumed.
-New Item: Snow Horn, a snow cone but the cone is molded around a goat horn. The horn does not get consumed when the item is crafted, leaving the cost of the consumed items relatively cheap.
-The recipes for berry milk, chocolate milk, and all the sodas have been changed to remove the extra empty bottle.
