-tweaked recipes to use a lot less string & added alt rope recipe with vines
-default ballast float strength is now 0.0 (was 0.0625)  DELETE YOUR CONFIGS! OLD CONFIGS WILL NOT AUTOMATICALLY CHANGE.

-colored blocks now break with shears
-fixed magenta buoy loot table
-changed dedication bottle recipe to use glass bottle & apple
-dedication bottle is now non-stackable has a cooldown
