What's new

New rule: todoTeleportChanceWithinExpansion – allows setting the chance for Todo to use Boogie Woogie inside a domain (for the JJKUR mod).
A value of 0 or less makes it impossible for him to use the technique; 10 equals a 1% chance, and 1000 equals 100%.

Fixed a bug with the game rule for using Six Eyes in Survival mode.
