Fixed a few recipe derps.
Added Endstone Armor in 3 tiers. (Some textures not implemented yet)
Added Flesh Pick, Hammer, and 'Burnt' Flesh Block.
Added upgraded Dead Drill, recipe and components will be tweaked at a later date.
Added a few textures that will have items added for them at a later date.
Edited a few tool/armor material components.
