Updated Unknown Mod from 1.20-1.20.4 to 1.20.5

Java version: 21, must be used in order to use this version of the mod.

Compatible with Mod Menu version 10.0.0 (or any version that is compatible with Minecraft version 1.20.5).

Made changes to the Mod Menu config in the 'fabric.mod.json' file, and added Modrinth publishing config in the 'build.gradle' file.
