Updated Unknown Mod from Minecraft version 1.19.4 to 1.20-1.20.4

Compatible with Minecraft versions from 1.20 to 1.20.4

Compatible with Mod Menu version 7.0.0 (or any version that is compatible with Minecraft version 1.20-1.20.4).

Made changes to the Mod Menu config in the 'fabric.mod.json' file, and added Modrinth publishing config in the 'build.gradle' file.
