A massive, standalone RPG leveling engine for your Forge worlds!

Turn your Minecraft experience into a true RPG adventure! Universal RPG Skills adds a deep progression system to the game. As you perform everyday tasks—mining, fighting, exploring, or even smelting—you earn XP, level up, and unlock powerful rewards.

This update introduces Hybrid Skills (passively leveled by doing multiple activities) and Active Abilities (like Vein Mining and Timber) to make the gameplay more dynamic than ever!

Requirements & Installation

This is a Native Forge Mod. It has ZERO dependencies.

  1. Download the .jar file.
  2. Drop it into your Minecraft mods folder.
  3. Launch Minecraft Forge (1.20.1). That's it!

New Feature: Hybrid Skills

Hybrid skills are "background" skills that gain XP automatically whenever you perform related primary activities. They reward players for being versatile!

  • 💀 Slayer: Leveled by Combat and Mob Kills.
  • 🍃 Naturalist: Leveled by Lumberjack and Farming.
  • 🔨 Blacksmith: Leveled by Mining and Smelting/Cooking.
  • 🌍 Wanderer: Leveled by Traveler (distance) and Fishing.

New Feature: Active Abilities

Once you reach high levels in your core skills, you unlock Active Abilities that can be triggered by Sneaking (Shift) while performing the action!

  • ⛏️ Vein Miner (Miner Lvl 50+): Sneak while mining to instantly clear a small cluster of ores or stone.
  • 🪓 Timber (Lumberjack Lvl 50+): Sneak while chopping to fell a significant portion of the tree at once.
  • 🌾 Crop Pulse (Farming Lvl 40+): Sneak while harvesting to instantly clear all nearby fully-grown crops.
  • ⚔️ Berserker (Combat Lvl 60+): Every kill has a 15% chance to grant you temporary Strength II.

The Prestige System

Reached Level 100? Your journey isn't over. You can now Prestige your skills to reset them to level 1 in exchange for a permanent +10% XP Multiplier for that skill. This stacks up to 10 times!

  • Command: Type !prestige <skillname> (e.g., !prestige miner) once you hit Lvl 100.

Commands & Dashboard

  • View Stats: Type !skills in chat.
  • Prestige: Type !prestige <name> (Must be Lvl 100).
  • Manual Access: Right-Click while holding a Book, or Sneak + Right-Click with an Empty Hand.
