Unique Traits adds randomized combat modifiers to every sword in the game.

Whenever a sword enters a player’s inventory — whether crafted, picked up, or taken in Creative mode — it is automatically assigned a random Trait with a rarity tier. Each trait grants a unique combat ability, creating dynamic and unpredictable gameplay.

🎲 Rarity System

Every sword rolls one of four rarity tiers:

Common – 50%
Rare – 30%
Epic – 15%
Legendary – 5%

Higher rarity means stronger or more impactful abilities.

🧬 Available Traits

🩸 Vampiric

Heals you for a percentage of the damage dealt.

❄️ Frostbite

Applies slowness to enemies, with a chance for a stronger effect.

💥 Flame Burst

Has a chance to trigger a small explosion on hit (no block damage).

🗡 Shadow Edge

Deals bonus damage when attacking from behind.

⚡ Stormcaller

Has a chance to strike enemies with lightning (cooldown-based).

🌊 Knockwave

Every few hits, knocks enemies back with increased force.
