Added new commands to simplify teleportation:

/tpup - Teleports player to next available space above.

/tpdown - Teleports player to next available space below.

/tptop - Teleports player to the highest available space above.

/tpbottom - Teleports player to the lowest available space below.

 

Localization has been removed, making mod EN only without client-side localization requirements.
