Union's Upgrade Scrolls

Update 1.0.9 includes quality of life fixes and changes, and some buffs to armor modifier scrolls and cursed weapon scrolls!

Major Changes:
- Opening scrolls no longer applies a cooldown.
- Holding a scroll for weapons or shields will now automatically apply a cooldown on anything held, rather than being forced to right click once.
- Cooldown applied to weapons or shields now lasts for 5 seconds instead of 2 seconds.
- Armor modifier scroll's health buff is now % based instead of a flat increase.
- Cursed weapon scroll's damage increase is now % based instead of a flat increase.
- Fixed item stack issue when trying to stack an item that was held after taking damage or attacking.
