Union's Upgrade Scrolls

Update v1.0.2 changes how scrolls work, being a new progressive system with star visuals similar to Maplestory.

Major Changes:

- Scrolls now work with a star system and will progressively add upgrades rather than randomly rolling them.

- Scrolls can no longer be combined with opposite scrolls, you must continue using the one you started with.

- Chance to roll has been changed to 80% success and 20% lose item, unless unbreakable.

Minor Changes:

- Descriptions have been updated to better fit these changes.

- Global chat messages have been updated to show the number that you've currently scrolled up to, even on losing the item.
