What's new

• Added Runic enchantment system that hides enchantments behind rune text
• Added Runic Cipher item used to reveal enchantments
• Cipher reveals normal enchantments first, then curses
• Cipher has limited uses and can be recharged with Lapis Lazuli
• Rune text is persistent per item until the enchantments are revealed
• Added two-stage reveal system (normal → curse)

Compatibility

• Compatible with Clean Tooltips
• Compatible with Held Item Tooltips
• Minecraft Enchanted Books are unaffected
• Quark Ancient Tomes are unaffected

Technical

• Rune lines stored in item NBT for consistent display
• Tooltip systems safely patched for supported tooltip mods
• Enchantment hiding only applies to gear items
