NOTE: THIS PROJECT IS IN BETA. This mod adds three bones (skull, femur, rib) and three variants of each (sculk, moss, nether.) Each one can be brewed into a Mundane potion to make one of the new effect potions. You can also craft the new scalpel with a stick and iron nugget. You can right click it to use it on yourself, and use one of it's three durability. Crafting a scalpel and one of the bones gets you a Tipped Scalpel that gives you the respective effect for 5 seconds when used.
