fixed new non-tile-entity buttons changing color when pressed.
Changed system for non-tile-entity buttons. Buttons made in test43, 44, and 45 will change stone type. Sorry folks.
Added configs to block generation of particular stone types. Note that when igneous and metaphorphic stones are block, their entire columns get blocked. This can potentially also remove sedimentary stone types that existing only in the blocked columns.
Still open issues: conversion of old tile entity constructs to new non-tile-entity constructs, and some registration problems for ores.
