Uncle Jeff's Anystone Walls Mod

00.01.01    Initial Release
00.01.02    Turned off "test" creative tab
00.01.03    Fixed stone wall missing from creative tab
00.01.04    Internal only: Synchonized shared package w my other jrf mods
00.01.05    Fixed a "method not found error" by recompiling against 1.7.10 and
        the latest shared package changed for my later mods.
00.02.01    Upgraded to MC 1.8 and added a 2nd set of wall variants. Recipe changed
        (3-high in middle) so cobble and glass don't conflict with vanilla recipes.
        Fixed shared files so multiple Uncle Jeff's mods can coexist.
00.02.02    Keep up with shared package enhanced during paintings mod upgrade
00.02.03    Patched a client-server issue
00.02.04    Work-around vanilla-mc client-side bug that called a position-dependent method
