Config to Mod Menu

• Added food exhaustion toggle
• Added food exhaustion amount
• Exhaustion scales from 0-3 where 1 is vanilla exhaustion
• Added the ability to choose where blocks drop
• Added an option to prevent tools from breaking due to low durability

Minor Stuff

• Changed the supported distance from the first broken block from 32 to infinite
• Made config layout more responsive to fix any overlapping text at different GUI scales
