🇺🇸 ENGLISH VERSION

Overview

Update 1.6 introduces the complete Catalyst System, the new DMA Thermal Model, fully reworked recipes, and major upgrades to tools and armor.
This is one of the biggest mechanical expansions to the mod, making the Dimensional Matter Assembler deeper, riskier, and more powerful than ever.


🔥 New: Catalyst System

Catalysts now modify DMA behavior in unique ways. Each belongs to a family and has 3 tiers (T1–T3).

Catalyst Families

  • Matterflow — reduces energy usage

  • Chrono — increases crafting speed

  • Overflux — improves stability & coolant efficiency

  • Quantum — increases extra-output chances

  • Dimensional Catalyst — special; disables heat/failure mechanics entirely

Tier Multipliers

  • T1: x1.0

  • T2: x2.5

  • T3: x5.0

Stacking

  • Up to 4 catalysts per slot

  • Uses a soft-cap (diminishing returns)

Base Effects

  • Matterflow → –10% energy

  • Chrono → +25% speed

  • Overflux → –10% failure chance

  • Quantum → +10% extra outputs


🌡️ New: DMA Thermal System

Recipes now generate heat based on their components and the catalysts installed.

Temperature Zones

  • SAFE: < 4000°C — normal

  • OVERHEAT: 4000–5999°C — minor penalties

  • INEFFICIENCY: 6000–8499°C — coolant 50% weaker

  • DESTABILIZATION: 8500–9999°C — high failure chance

  • MELTDOWN: ≥10000°C — 10-second fuse → explosion if not cooled

Coolants

  • Spatial Fluid — basic & stable

  • Temporal Fluid — mid-tier

  • Gelid Cryotheum — very strong coolant

  • Transcending Matter Fluid — best coolant (endgame)

Coolant Modifiers

  • Overflux: increases coolant efficiency

  • Chrono: lowers coolant efficiency

This system creates a risk–reward loop, where players can push machines harder using catalysts, but must manage temperature.


⚙️ DMA & Recipe Changes

  • Fully reworked recipes to support Catalyst & Heat systems

  • Many advanced recipes now follow:
    ItemInputs + FluidInputs ≤ 4

  • Better output handling & salvage logic

  • New overheat visual effects & warnings

  • +1 Fortune for every ore mined (up to Fortune 100)

  • Built-in Auto-Smelt

  • +1 Damage per hostile mob kill (no limit)

  • +1 Looting per kill (up to Looting 100)


🛡️ UFO Armor Update

When wearing the full armor set, players receive:

  • Immunity to /kill command

  • Immunity to void death

  • High-level heat and environmental protection

  • Late-game defensive stats

Perfect for boss fights, exploration, and high-risk automation zones.

  • Fixed several recipe issues and fluid conversions

  • UU-Matter rebalanced
