Summary:

Adds the dispenser from Team Fortress 2 to Minecraft, and... makes it broken. Shift Right Click with an item in your main hand, and the dispenser will produce it. The higher the rarity, the longer it will take to generate.

This allows you to repair the dispenser by hitting it and picking it up by Right Clicking.
