About the mod

2D Craft is a Hungarian-developed mod aimed at enabling the creation of newer version content within the given Minecraft version. It incorporates important and unrealized ideas, as well as ideas favored and invented by the community, into the game.

Currently, the mod is being developed by a single person. Occasionally, I receive some help, but I do 99% of the work alone. I am at a very amateur level, so don’t expect a revolution. However, I am doing my best to make the mod as good as possible whenever I have the time and inclination.

The mod also includes content from other Minecraft games to expand the Minecraft world. It also features my own ideas, which come from my silly mind, but according to those who have played the mod, my ideas are quite or very good.

Another goal of the mod is to bring some order to Minecraft. For example, making it mandatory to defeat the Wither and the Warden before facing the Ender Dragon. This has already started, as with the mod installed, the Ender Dragon can only be damaged with Nether Star tools. Otherwise, it will heal itself. The bed method doesn’t work either.
