The torches and oil/paste do not have crafting recipes. Use a mod like CraftTweaker to add in a recipe of your choosing if you wish to use these items.
Suggestion: Machine to create the Torch Oil
Torch Oil + Glowstone Dust = Torch Paste
Torch Paste + Stick = Glowstone Torch
