Changed Howl chestplate to give Fire Resistance for ten seconds until in lava (Similar to turtle shell helmet).

Fixed a bug where Howls hitboxes where WAYYY to big.

Fixed a bug where Howl Fur Blocks couldn't be converted back into Howl Fur.
