Twindling Tweaks

MANY BUGFIXES AND TWEAKS DONE THIS UPDATE!!

-Pateurizer now can be broken with an axe

-Cooking times significantly increased for Raw Iron, Gold, and Copper blocks

-Mystical Music Disc is no longer global

-Diamond Milk Bucket was nerfed

-Iron Milk Bucket was also nerfed

-Many missing block and item tag entries were resolved and added

-When using the /kill command on one of the custom boats, the registry for the boat itself has been changed from mod_boat_x to the actual name of the boat. Proper usage of the command when attempting to kill a Catalpa Boat is now '/kill @e[type=twindlingtweaks:catalpa_boat]' instead of the prior '/kill @e[type=twindlingtweaks:mod_boat_1]'

-Textures for Alluminite Ore and Mud Ore have been fixed so they are no longer differently shaded from the rest of the ores.

-Saturation values for all of the foods significantly modified

-All milk buckets are no longer stackable
