Adds a potion that sets your spawn to your location, a WIP Smoke creeper and smoke bomb, and 3/7 of the beacon effects, in totem form
P.S. if you have a problem getting items using /give, the namespace is back to circus:, because I couldn't be assed to check before exporting it
