added a config screen, open it with the gear in the emoji picker or from the mod list added a toggle for the shortcode autocomplete list, for people who type :) on purpose the config screen also covers emoticons, hover tooltips, the picker button, country flags and skin tone

fixed custom emojis stealing characters from resource packs, which turned things like dimension names into random emojis fixed emojis not rendering in custom fonts fixed a crash when hovering items with Drippy Loading Screen installed fixed the emoji hover tooltip being cut off inside books
