TvStudio Fabric: v1.13.1 For 1.19.3
After a lot of headache I've managed to get the old system working in the new 1.19.3 update.
Now only the new and improved washing towel remains, this feature is still on the drawing-board so it might take some time.

- Added Paint Brush
PAINT BRUSH
- Painted the same way as leather armor
- Right click the colour block when dyed to paint it
- Right click the colour block when undyed to obtain its colour
FIXED BUGS IN 1.13.1
TECHNICAL CHANGES IN 1.13.1
- Added automatic creation of colours to colouring system core
AUTOMATIC COLOUR CREATION IN COLOURING SYSTEM CORE
- all 16 default colours generate automatically in the inventories ItemGroups
- washing towel yet to be implemented (still thinking of a good and fun way on how it will work)
