Discription:

This mod adds new machines that will make tunneling easier.
Functioning of the machines is very simple, it´s all blocks moving forward or by your custom route and executing certain tasks.
All machines require some kind of fuel.

You can change Redstone Torch and Powered Rails placement frequency in config file.

Mines 1x2 tunnel
Uses Coal and Charcoal as fuel
All mined blocks are stored inside Tunneler storage

Works like Iron Tunneler, but mines 3x3 tunnele and uses Redstone as fuel instead

Railer

Is used indirectly with Tunnelers
Places Rails as it moves
When it registeres Torch Marker, it will replace it with Redstone Torch and imidatelly places Redstone Rail instead of normal one
All resources are taken from Railer storage, if Railer runs out of resources it will stop and sends message to the chat

Upgrades

Upgrades are used in Tunnelers
When Tunneler has upgrade, it not only mines tunnel, but also places Torch Markers

As mod got more complicated with update 1.2.0 I decided to add this useful item that explains everything important

Custom Routing

With 1.2.0 update you can from now on create custom routes for your machines!
All you need to do is getting an empty Book and quill and type your route in correct format.

For exmaple: 5;1;5;2;10;3;12;5;2
Explanation
: MOVE 5, turn left,
MOVE 5, turn right, MOVE 10, go down, MOVE 12, continue forward, MOVE 2


First and last position must be MOVE call.
Every second position is direction change, 1 stands for LEFT, 2 stands for RIGHT, 3 stands for DOWN, 4 stands for UP and 5 is CONTINUE FORWARD.
In between calls place ";" symbol.
You can create seemingly endless routes with this, but make sure to have enough resources.
When you are done with designing your custom route sign it with name "route.code".
You can now RMB it on every machine in this mod before starting it.

-If you place your custom route on any Tunneler with any Tunneler Upgrade inside of it, Tunneler will on start automatically create Railer marker on its starting point.
-When Tunneler is done with his path, just destroy Railer Marker and place there your Railer and just like with Tunneler, RMB it with same "route.code" Book and it will exactly copy path of Railer.

-If your machine runs out of resources in middle of completing its route, do not panic and DO NOT DESTROY IT, as the path is still in progres but paused, so just refill the resources and start it again.

 

I tried to patch as much errors as possible, but there might be chance, that some of you will discover new bugs, please let me know if you encounter anything.

Yes, I would like to see this mod in your modpacks!

"Will there be support for FE and RE?"
For FE definitelly, but not yet sure about RE.

"Will there be Fabric and etc. versions?"
Currently no, I´m happy that I can even run it on Forge, maybe when I finish everything I´m planning for this mod.
