Added a new ore type, platinum.

Platinum ore can be found in the nether and drops raw platinum, smelting raw platinum will result in platinum ingots. 

Platinum ingots can combined with 4 redstone and 1 nether star the make the Chainsaw engine. 

combining platinum with tungsten will create Endieiron ingots, using the endieiron and chainsaw engine you can create the chainsaw sword.
