--Added a system to allow the user to add custom basin and evaporator recipes, instructions are placed in the example script
--Changed the way basins work, there is still support for the legacy version as you may load your world with a half finished recipe.
-Basin fluid colours are slightly different to what they were before due to this change
-This also allows it to support custom recipes with custom fluid colours
--Changed the way the evaporator works to support custom recipes
