Skinstealers now have attack speed.

Skinstealers now use sweeping edge as a aoe attack.

Skinstealer code was changed to be spread across several files for organization.

Skinstealer spawns might be rarer but I don't remember, I might've made the pity way lower, but I cannot remember if this change was publically made before this or not.
