Fixed an issue where the Ancient Elixir weapon modification "Mega Barrel" could not be selected.

Fixed an issue where damage reduction effects were incorrectly applied to true damage.

The Time Bottle modification for Ancient Elixir weapons now requires at least a 1-second interval between triggers of the rewind effect.
