- Now displays a Waystone's title when you're near it! Complete with its own set of customizable parameters in the config.

- Added support for custom sounds that play when entering a dimension, biome, or waystone region!

- Added tt_reload command that attempts to force load updated settings from config, without having to restart MC. Not super reliable but hey, I tried.

- Split onlyUpdateAtSurface config option into separate settings for each title (dimension, biome, waystone). General config settings category no longer exists.
