[ABANDONDED] Trajan's Tanks (Fabric)

 Alright a lot going on here. So you'll start to notice the new texture for Steering Wheel, made by Matrix. You'll also notice the (currently) cosmetic "Shell" In the source code there is an unused, commented out Mixin which I have around at the moment because I'm still working on the shooting though, trying some different stuff. Mixin seems the way to go right now though.

Main reason I made this update is because of the animation changes. So, before, when you would be in the Tank it would animate yeah, but it was ALWAYS animating. Now, if your in it it checks if your in it and then animates. If your not no animation. Helps with the immersion I guess. 

Also realized it needed to be marked 'beta' so people could find it on this site. Eye roll moment.
