New Config Options

+ Configurable list of entities that are hostile to Wandering Traders and that Wandering Traders flee from

+ How many checks the Wandering Trader spawner does to determine a valid location to spawn at

Bugfixes

~ Fixed bug that prevented Wandering Traders from despawning

~ Fixed bug that cause Wandering Trader spawn chances to be inverted (with default settings they were 4x more likely to spawn which decreased over time instead of being less likely to begin but increasing over time)

~ Fixed bug that allowed Wandering Traders to despawn while players were trading with them
