New items: Adrenaline, Splint, Backpack
Adrenaline, when used, imposes a speed effect and a strength effect on you for 2 minutes
A splint is needed when a bone is broken, which can be obtained if you step into a bear trap

New weapons: Pole, spear, molotov coctail
The pole is the most simple weapon that deals 3 damage. Can be crafted from 2 sticks

The Dried up is very weak type of zombies that moves so slow and deals little damage, but it still can infect you
Burned zombie spawns only in nether wastes biome. It leaves a trail of fire behind it and sets you on fire when it attacks. He is as slow as The Dried up and still can infect you.
