Added naturally spawning overworld structure that spawns in most forests, "classified_operations_base," containing a new block called "Frame Metal" as the portal frame, and a new portal igniter called "Flint & Diamondsteel," a means for traveling to the first backrooms dimension. World download will be included or linked in future versions with official backrooms structures. I really don't want to make a jigsaw pipeline of structures, so I'm doing it manually.
