Fixed a spelling mistake in configuration file, the game will now require you to be "Stepping Cafully" (aka crouching) to place torches on to the side of "Barrel Blocks".

Users can delete their configuration file "torchslabmod-server.toml" located in .minecraft\config so that it can properly regenerate. Or you can fix the spelling mistake of "minecraft:barel" to "minecraft:barrel".
