• Torches can now hang upside-down under the underside of slabs — both top and bottom slabs.
• Chains can be placed on and under slabs, hanging and linking together.
• Torches, lanterns, and candles can now be placed on stairs (on top of bottom stairs, hanging under top stairs), just like slabs.
• Lanterns and torches can now be placed on the sides of walls.

Fixed

• The "place lanterns on the sides of blocks" config option now works independently from the lower-block option (previously they were tied together).
