    - Bumped minimum required Crust version to 4.15.23+.
    - Reworked some config stuff to utilize the new experimental fuzzy collection config API from Crust.
    - Fixed ridicu-launcher item and AI goal not always being assigned correctly to the mobs that are configured to have it.
    - Removed a redundant network packet.
    - Made the CactusBlockEntity a bit less chaotic in its movement.
