Spell & Weapon Adjustments:
- Psychic Bolts:
- Now pierces terrain.
- Maximum travel time reduced from 60 -> 40 ticks.
- Vigor Siphon:
- No longer scales with spell power.
- Max level reduced from 5 -> 3.
- Duration increased from 15s -> 21s.
- Cooldown increased from 60s -> 120s.
- Cast time reduced from 22 -> 20 (now affected by the Reduction attribute).
- Rarity changed from Rare -> Epic.
- Halberd Horizon:
- Scaling damage reduced from 6 -> 4.
- Base damage increased from 10 -> 18.
- Base mana cost reduced from 50 -> 30.
- Jet Steam Spell:
- Fall flight speed limit capped at 4.5 DeltaMovement (was unlimited).
- Aerial Collapse:
- Now deals current HP-based damage instead of max HP.
- Base damage slightly reduced from 12.5 -> 12.0.
- Scaling damage reduced from 2.5 -> 2.0.
- Fixed a bug where it failed to apply damage on heavily armored targets.
- Tooltip updated to reflect the new damage behavior.
- Rarity changed from Uncommon -> Rare.
- Rainfall (Wet/Corroded scaling): Increased from 1 -> 2.
Armor & Item Changes:
- Primordial & Tectonic Armor: Now use their own DamageTypes
- Mechanized Exoskeleton Armor:
- Speed limit set to 3.2 DeltaMovement (was unlimited).
- Fall flight fuel cost reduced from 4 -> 2.
- Lightning spell power bonus increased from 12% -> 15%.
- Aetherial Despair Ring:
- Now also increases Axe Blade movement speed by 50%
- Tooltip updated in language file.
- Aqua Mage Tower Loot Adjustments:
- Treasure spell rolls reduced from 2 -> 1.
- Minimum spell quality increased from 0.5 -> 0.65.
Weapon Balance:
- Voidstrike Reaper: Attack damage reduced from 24 -> 20 (may require a config reset).
- Abyssal Tidecaller: Attack damage reduced from 24 -> 22 (may require a config reset).
Bug Fixes & Technical Adjustments:
- Fixed server performance issues caused by Lingering Strain consuming the thread when inactive.
- Changed IncompatibilityChecker Outro to redirect players to the FAQ
- Fixed incorrect night healing behavior on Crimson Descend (Forlorn Harbinger Armor).
- Echos now properly respect Spell Enabled/Disabled server settings.
- Accused Codex: Fixed holding position and display settings.
- All Echos now use the Quality Mechanic for imbue levels instead of hardcoded values (already implemented on Aqua Echo, now applied to all).
- Talent Curios: Improved tooltip transparency on which spells/items they enhance.
- Creative Menu Sorting: Minor refactor for better organization.
- JEI Integration: Recent items are now properly registered for JEI.
Removed Content:
- Bruteforce Augment Item Removed
- [Dev comment: This augment encouraged a melee build by buffing attack damage while penalizing spells. This went against the design of a magic-focused addon, leading to stale, overused melee builds relying on basic spells like Vigor Siphon, Miasma, Haste, and Echoing Strike]
- If a player had this augment equipped, the slot will simply become empty—no further issues.
