Add new recipe type to the Horsepower Press. Take a single input and output both a liquid and an item. Just for Gaelmare....

Hoppers should output both from sides and bottom for either fluids or items. Input from top as before.

CT handler updated to support new recipe type:

mods.horsepower.Press.add(IIngredient input,  IItemStack outputitem, IFluidStack outputfluid);
