Added Tiny Flint & Steel (Kinda works, but cannot light non-full blocks)

Added tiny's feet as items (They serve the same purpose as rabbit feet, as a good luck charm)

Added model for Vac-O-Matic (It is a vacuum cleaner robot intended to be used as a model for Custom NPCs that you would script to suck in and shred small NPCs)

Added model for Tiny Base Sirens (This is intended to be used as an NPC for military bases belonging to small-scale (Size 1) NPCs. You would give it an angry sound and have the NPCs in the same faction be alerted while the sound was playing.
