A remake of an addon for Tinker's Construct that adds Tool Exp and a leveling system to Tinker's tools.

- Added #19 and #16, customizable base exp gains and throwable weapon support
- Fixed #17 by capping amount of damage taken to armor to 100
- Add a JSON config invalidater, so you will have to **redo some of your JSON**. If you look in your config folder, you should use **tleveling-1.2.0**, NOT **tleveling**.
