What's new
* Added default message for when you get mending moss on levelup
* Added LevelMuliplier value to the config, it can be changed completely freely and allows decimals and numbers <2
* After leveling up a tool, the next level always starts at 0 XP. This is mainly to prevent scenarios where you kill a giant boss mob and get enough XP to level up 2 or 3 times, which was always buggy.
